Refund policy

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email support@sidecarsoft.com with the email address you used at checkout or your transaction ID. Paddle, our merchant of record, returns the money to your original payment method. After 14 days we consider refund requests case by case. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights or Paddle's applicable buyer terms.
