What Pro adds

Onboarding of your shop as an e-invoicing unit (EGS): the key and certificate signing request are generated on your server, sent with the OTP you create in the Fatoora portal, the three compliance checks run for you and the production CSID is stored encrypted. Then XAdES-signed UBL 2.1 invoices with the invoice hash chain and the Phase 2 QR code, reported to Fatoora right after payment; credit notes for refunds; a retry queue that resends the same signed document; and a status log with ZATCA's result codes. Developer sandbox, simulation and production environments.

What it doesn't do

It covers SAR, domestic, standard-rated (15%) B2C orders and their refunds only: no B2B standard invoices or clearance, no zero-rated, exempt or mixed rates, exports, shipping, fees, discounts or advance payments, and one device per shop. Orders outside that scope get no invoice and a notice for the shop manager. It doesn't create correcting credit notes for rejected documents, give tax advice or carry any ZATCA certification.
