Maryland
Notices 15-45 days before renewal for yearly terms and 3-21 days before a long free trial converts, with Sunday and holiday counting, a direct cancellation link and card-charge consent wording.
Louisiana
Reminders only where the law asks (12-month terms, trial conversion, material change), 3-day minimum that skips weekends and holidays, retainable acknowledgment and a small-business exemption attestation.
Spain
Spanish notice fifteen days before the deadline to object to renewal, stating the deadline and what happens otherwise, plus a dated receipt with an identifying key when a customer cancels.

- Upload Pro ZIP.
- Review terms, presets, templates and cancellation on staging with counsel.
This is a tool, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance: your counsel must approve your terms, which state rules apply, notice timing, delivery channels and retention. Automated tests used real WooCommerce and a minimal stand-in for WooCommerce Subscriptions' public hooks, not the paid plugin itself, so test with your own licensed copy and payment gateway on staging first. Email accepted by your server is not proof of delivery, and WooCommerce Subscriptions' own reminder emails may duplicate these notices.
