01 / CONSOLIDATED
The month's consolidated e-invoice: deadline, orders to consolidate and orders left out with the reason (fictional shop, MyInvois mock).
Monthly consolidated e-invoice
Sales without a requested e-invoice go into one consolidated e-invoice per month, issued to General Public with one line per order, submitted automatically from the 1st and by the 7th (Malaysia time), split below the 300 KB limit.
No sale counted twice
Orders with their own e-invoice are left out, a consolidated order cannot get an individual e-invoice afterwards, transactions above RM10,000 are flagged, and refunds made during the month are netted.
Credit and refund notes
A WooCommerce refund becomes a refund note (or a credit note) that references the original e-invoice's UUID, including e-invoices consolidated for the month.
Errors and reconciliation
Every MyInvois error code in one dashboard with bulk resubmission, and a CSV per month that shows how each order is covered and whether anything is missing.

What Pro adds
Adds the monthly consolidated e-invoice, credit and refund notes, an error dashboard and a reconciliation export to the free plugin.
What it doesn't do
No tax advice or compliance guarantee, no digital signature (version 1.1) yet, no self-billed e-invoices, no marketplace or multi-company setups, MYR only. It does not decide whether your industry may consolidate or whether the interim relaxation applies to you. Tested against a local mock of the MyInvois API; run your own sandbox test before going live.
Before you start
WordPress 6.8+, PHP 8.1+, WooCommerce, and the free MyInvois e-Invoice for WooCommerce 1.0.0+, active and set up with your own MyInvois client ID and secret.
Setup
How to set it up
- Install WooCommerce and the free MyInvois e-Invoice for WooCommerce plugin from WordPress.org, enter your MyInvois sandbox client ID and secret and confirm your tax mapping.
- Upload the Pro ZIP under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and activate it.
- Under WooCommerce > MyInvois > Consolidated, check the preview for last month and the Pro settings (order statuses, refund or credit notes, interim relaxation).
- On a staging site with sandbox credentials, submit a consolidated e-invoice and a refund note and check them in the MyInvois sandbox portal.
- Switch to production credentials when you are ready. To update, upload the new ZIP the same way.
This is a tool, not tax advice or a guarantee of compliance with LHDN's e-invoice requirements: you decide which sales are consolidated and whether the interim relaxation applies. Tested with WordPress 7.1.4 and WooCommerce 11.2.1 on PHP 8.1, 8.3 and 8.4 against a local mock of the documented MyInvois API, with fictional data; not yet confirmed against the MyInvois sandbox.
